The production and consumption of "Fair Trade Coffee" back-number grown in recent years as some local and national coffee chains have started to offer fair trade alternatives.
Coffee may be brewed by definite methods: boiled, steeped, or pressured. Brewing coffee by red-hot was the earliest method, and Turkish coffee is an part of this method. It is prepared by powdering the beans with a mortar and pestle, then adding the powder to flood and bringing it to a boil Green Mountain Coffee in a pot called a cezve or, in Greek, a briki. This produces a strong coffee with a layer of foam on the surface.
